All orders ship from China and are processed and packed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
International Orders
We offer international shipping to select destinations. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically taking 7–10 workdays, depending on the destination and customs processing. Tracking is provided for all international shipments. Please note that delivery delays caused by customs are beyond our control.

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, effective from the date of checkout.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at ceramiccat.shop@outlook.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including custom or personalized products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your specific item. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
For returns due to non-product-related reasons, a 5% service fee will be charged for orders under $200, and a 10% return service fee will apply to orders of $200 and above.
